I detailed the hell out of it to get it as glossy as it is today. It literally looks brand new the old decals didn't even leave marks when they were removed.

Not sure where you are getting you info but it can't be done. The MPEM controls the rev limiter on the engine along with many other things. The only thing you can do is convert it to utilize jet ski mopeds. For this you need two gsx or gtx mpems
