What year and model ski?

The starter isn't going to click. The relay is going to give a slight click in the fusebox which is where the relay is but depends on the year as to exactly where it's located. You can buy one at the autoparts store or amazon for $5.

Was the cluster changed? If so, it will need flashed and then married. If not, check that 3-5V signal all the way to the ECU. Have seen ECUs fail where they won't show speed signal to the cluster.

Remove some oil to the low mark and then run it and see if your rpms change. You can switch pumps between the 2 skis quickly and test to eliminate pump/impeller problems.

That does sound like a sc bearing went out. I have seen them fail shortly after rebuilds usually from improper assembly.

You won't be able to turn the engine over like this. You can pull the pump and put a tightly fitting 12 pt socket on the end of the driveshaft and turn over with a ratchet. That clunk is what it sounds like when the engine is hydrolocked from running it on the hose without it running.

Check carbon seal as well.
