    2023 GTR 230 wont go past 60

It probably has too much oil. Take oil out until it is at the low mark or slightly below and then go test and I'll bet you get a few more mph.

2004 Seadoo Supercharged sat for 10 years

No, the engine should fully turn and not have any stops whatsoever. Of course there will be resistance due to the opening of valves but you should easily be able to overcome that with steady pressure while turning your 1/2" ratchet on the driveshaft. It will also have areas that will pull...

It should turn freely both directions. It snaps back because of the valve spring pressure. Take plugs out and try again. If it stops at all, your engine is locked up as I explained above.

    very poor acceleration,low top speed

You can easily remove the Etorx bolts with a regular socket, doing it all the time when I'm too lazy to go back to the tool box. There's just enough room to remove the injectors, no zip ties cut or anything disconnected.

2004 Seadoo Supercharged sat for 10 years

The sc clutch has nothing to do with the sc bearings. Seadoo recommends a complete rebuild every 2 years for the sc or 200 hours. My opinion is every 4-5 years or 100 hours. It's simple to check the sc. Remove the center intake hose and wiggle the impeller back and forth. It should have free...

2004 Seadoo Supercharged sat for 10 years

If it clunks hard when you press the start button, that is the engine not turning over for some reason. Could be seized piston, could be hydro locked, could be supercharger, etc. When the solenoid fails, you will only hear a slight click from it. If I had to guess, I would put my money on the...

    ‘06 GTX loss of supercharger?

If you were only getting 60mph out of a 215 you already had a problem. Should reach 68mph.

Read the manual on how to disassemble the Amp connector housing. You can easily buy new terminals and replace if needed.

Gtx 4 tec mpem plug problem

This is usually the connection but have seen a couple flaky mpems only work with pressure on the connectors. Remove terminals from the connector housing and clean/inspect. You can tweak/bend them to have a tighter fit on the the pin/blade terminals.

    ‘06 GTX loss of supercharger?

Is it a 185hp or 215hp GTX? If it ran perfectly before they worked on it, I'd say they messed something up and it's unlikely the sc failed while they are working on it. It's a simple 2 minute test to check the sc.

    Ring gear

On the supercharger, the 215 has 16 teeth and the 185 has 17 teeth. On the flywheel, the 185 has 86 teeth and the 215 has 87 teeth.

    Ring gear

Or someone may have used the wrong supercharger gear. This is what will happen when you use a 185hp gear on a 215hp flywheel, or vice versa. The gears are not interchangeable, one has one more tooth than the other and they won't mate properly. The back row of the flywheel is for the starter...
