Do not adjust the red caps at all, those are the rave valves

take them apart by holding your hand over the top so you do not loose the spring under the cap, do them one at a time for reference. then you can unscrew the next piece in there and inspect the bellows, better off to order a rave rebuild kit for each rave valve. You will have a torn/cracked bellow thats why there is oil coming out of the weep hole. Once you get the guts out of it, then remove the 2 allen head bolts and remove the entire rave valve and clean it very well....make sure you put everything back the EXACT way it came out.

ok i got the oil leak stoped but it still goes from about 4200rpm to about 6500rpm just keeps reeves up and down between them two rpms at full throttle but when it reeves up to its highest rpm it feels like it picks up speed but it slows down when the rpms goes back down so i dont it has anything to do with the jet drive but if you go half throttle it goes ok but your only going about 25 mph i just got it and know nothing about it or them for that fact

i did find that the peice that the spring sets on was broke up where it screws on to the bolt will this make it do what i have said it is doing with the rpms going up and down after half way on the gas ?
