97 GSX Won't Start

They have been sitting for a long time with old fuel. When you try to start the engine just bumps won't turn over continueously. With the plug removed they turn freely, however there appears to be oil pumping out of the spark plug whole. They do not appear to be getting any gas. I drained the old gas and replaced with new fuel with the plug replaced same thing just a bump. Added some gas to the head repalced the plug and it fired up ran for just a few seconds. Clogged somewhere any help would be appreciated !!

I would pull the spark plug ground the plug wire, turn off the fuel feed, and crank the engine over to get all the oil out of there, then check it,
Grey fuel lines will need to be replaced if you have them, replace your fuel filters, make sure the fuel is getting to the carb(s) If you are getting fue to the carb(s) then you will have to pull the carbs and rebuild them at that point.

Oil from the plug hole?

If I don't run mine for a long time I get oil in the bottom end and the same result. I pull the carbs and valve plate, crank it till most of the oil quits blowing from the intake hole and put it back together. As long as I run it every couple of weeks or so, it's all good. There is a seal around the crank that lets oil get by over time. I can't see rebuilding the bottom end cuz when I get it going it goes good. I may put a valve in the oil lines (not sure which one yet, for the winter)
