Keep your eye out they go on sale all the time.
The reason I like them is their tips fit the carb screws SO perfectly.
Take a old mini one and narrow it down for the low speed jet.\
As far as harbor freight goes...you get what you pay for sometimes. I've had a sawzall explode in my hands after only a few hours of use, I've had their pneumatic castor wheels pop, their drill bits blow goats....and I have had one air ratchet lock up.
Other than that...they rock. The allen sockets are the best for seadoos...they used to have a set screw so you could cut them down to the perfect length. The swivel head ratchet cannot be beat. The EZ sanding/scotchbrite discs are about half the price of name brand. I am also in love with the rainbow colored sockets....b/c once you remember what color is what size...it makes it that much faster.
