I got a rock stuck in my impeller at the end of last season causing it to shred the wear ring. I am just now getting around to fixing it. I ordered an aftermarket wear ring that fits inside the housing but would not fit around the impeller. So I ended up buying an OEM one and the same problem occurred. I am not sure what to do. What is the best way to bore out the inside of the wear ring to make it fit? The wear ring is just too thick.
