Rxp 215 spewing oil from breather hose

Last ride all my oil came out of my crankcase breather tube and my spark plugs have oil on them, what does this mean?

You crankcase ventilation system is choked up or blowby on your pistons
Do a compression check and clean the vent valve on cylinder head at the back of engine
Don’t drop the oil air separator disc in cam chain gear , into engine
