I'm playing around with a 787 in a Challenger but the engine originally came out of a 96 XP. It has gone through three different voltage regulators and will charge the battery well over 15 volts at just off idle. I think somebody swapped in an RFI Delta wound stator and I'm not sure what this does when you combine it with an older style small regulator that is designed for a series wound stator. What do you guys think?
