no crank no start

finally uncovered my 03 xpdi here in michigan, before winter i winterized it i.e fogging oil on plugs and cylinder walls, ran the water out, and stabilized the fuel. went to start it up and the battery was junk, tossed battery bought a new one. charged it up and went to start again and have a no crank no start / pulled plugs out. im getting to movement inside of engine. started solenoid is clicking and am getting a motor noise right at key up. any one seen a problem like this with a simple fix(hopefully).

I'm having trouble understanding...is the motor turning over or just clicking? Might sound basic, but have you checked to make sure the cables are still good?

you should check the electrical box maybe you bule a fuse and check the wires
