2019 RXT-X Premium Sound System not working - Help

I just bought a 2019 RXT-X in mint condition with only 35 hours. I Think I have an issue with the sound system. When I power on or off, I don't hear any "beeps". I was able to successfully pair my phone. I can change song and volume but nothing plays in the speakers.

Am I supposed to hear a beep when powering on/off the sound system ? Any idea what could be wrong ?
