Hi, my 1997 seadoo sucked up the rope we were going to use to tow a tube. The jet ski was tipped on its left side in the water to try and get the rope free. In doing so it flooded. It was on its side for about 15 minutes. We put it on a shore station and pulled the plugs and freed the rope. We then tried to start it and we got a 12 Volt Low message on the screen and the jetski wouldn't turn over. We tried to charge it and still the same message. We sprayed starter fluid and tried to changing the spark plugs but it still doesn't start. It sounds like the battery is the cause but it was working perfectly fine prior to the mishap. PLEASE HELP!!!!! Thanks

First, welcome to the forum! (sorry it has to be under these circumstances...)

Get a multimeter and a wiring diagram and starting confirming connections. If you charged your battery, and it charged properly, then the problem is elsewhere. With a full flood like that, multiple components *could* be damaged. I don't often promote our premium section in forum posts, but you should really get the shop manual for your ski so you know what you are looking at.
