Hello all me again…:( engine was partially submerged, did the usual, plugs out turn flywheel by hand get as much water out as possible then water out treatment turn again, then oil in each cylinder and turn again, took battery out and charged up( had died during storm so bilge stopped working)...

Hello all, me again: This year I ah e found that when starting, I put it on neutral. And most of the time I have to “play” with the fear shifter(move it up a couple cm or back a couple cm) to get it to turnover, otherwise just spins but no turnover. Shift cable or something else I’m not thinking of?

Hello all, so we’ve had torrential rain here, and apparently the auto bilge killed the battery while trying to keep up for 3 days of rain. Engine compartment was partiallly submerged, up to about 1/2 way between the bottom and middle spark plug.....what to do before trying to start?
