Swap a 720 into a 650 Explorer

Hi,
My 95 Explorer's 650 needs a rebuild, but rather than going stock, It may not take much more $$ to go with a 720. It looks to be a straight long-block swap. I'd go 720 Factory Pipe as well.
Any advise on the swap? Would I need to change carbs? Could I use the original electrical from my Explorer, or would I need 720 stuff?

It should be a straight swap. Use the 720 carbs and pipe though. You should set the timing by adjusting the stator plate once you swap for more power, but not everyone does this.
