Welcome Dogman, glad to have you join in.
The Islandia is a nice boat, able to handle Gulf waters and will find that it's pretty good in 1 to 2 foot seas in the ocean.
It runs the Mercury M-2 engine and although, is a nice, stable engine, you'll find it hard to find parts for. If you need any engine work, you'll need to use a Mercury repair facilities. Do not try Sea-Doo. There not qualified to work on them.
We have the Shop manual for the 210 naturally aspirated and teh 240 fuel injected models in our forum and we have some experience in trouble shooting their problems. So, when your in need of answers, feel free to ask. But for the most part, it's a nice boat!..............:cheers:
