xp limited wont rev out!!!!

my xp limited wont rev above 5500 rpm, i ve stripped the carbs 5 times and checked them and there in no sign of problems there. all the jets and diaphrams are fine.i have changed the 1 way valve on the power valves and changed plugs too! any ideas????? thanks

did you check the pump to see if the bearings are ok or something stuck in it.

sometimes the rave valves get gummed up and will not move freely.

do popoff on carbs/check the float arm position...
