XP Impeller Boot Kit

1995 Seadoo XP - ordered my 2nd wrong impeller boot kit this one from SBT. The cone part is way too big and slides over the flared part of the shaft rather than bumping up snug to it. My understanding is this boot and cone keeps the grease from washing out of the impeller.

Before I rig up some sort of sleeve to do this does anyone know where I can get the right boot 271000422 and ring 271200434?

Pics of the boot and ring. XP has a splined shaft and slides into the impeller boot. The ring 'cone' tapers down to the flare and creates a snug fit ( original boot pic ). These must be for a larger diameter shaft as the cone is way too big and slides freely on the drive shaft and over the flared part ( pics 1 and 2 )
