Welcome to 4 years ago

BTW... don't forget to hook up the hose on the bottom. :lols: (sorry 'bout that)

But really..... I like my iPhone. Because of my shop... Ive been using a "smartphone" for a long time... but the iPhone has made my life easy. I can take credit cards directly from my phone !! Also... all the free apps and games makes it a great passifier for my 4 year old when we are waiting somewhere.

Yeah its def a learning curve with it! Thats a great deal for the otter box. I was going to get one at the store when I got my phone but they wanted 49.00 for it.

I've got a Blackberry, AT&T, the best thing about AT&T it DOESN'T work at the lake.

What lake you goto usually Lou? I'm guessing cumberland. My friends iphones never work there. My Sprint evo works pretty much anywhere on the lake. Smartphones are awesome. Makes ya wonder how you got along before them.

Been to Cumberland, and Laurel, but we usually go to Herrington. My best friend has a housboat docked at Sunset Marina, so we usually spend the weekend, plus it's only 30mins. from the house.

Where is that? I havent even heard of it. I may have to hit it. I goto Cumberland and Laurel. Norris in TN is my favorite and we go there a few times a year.

I guess we're getting a little off the subject here, but what the hay, this thread seems to be about nothing anyway.

Herrington Lake is off US 27 south of Lexington, go through Nicholasville, when you cross the KY River at Camp Nelson, its the second road to the right, St. route 192 (I think).

The lake is about 35mi. long but not very wide. Kinda a small lake but we like it. It's very friendly (if you're a redneck, like me).

We're at Sunset Marina, end of the dock. Come and see us sometime.

If you want a REAL otter box... I have one that is still in the package. I bought and only used it a couple times, but it was too bulky for my pockets, and I don't like to wear it as a "Clip-on."

$20 shipped if you want it. (PM me, it's black)

For the lake, I have a Pelkan i1015 box. It's huge, but totally waterproof, floats, and it has a headphone extension to listen to your tunes. You can't operate the phone though it, like an otterbox... but it keeps it safe for power-sports.
