Won't start with repaired MPEM

I have a 1997 GTX and had my MPEM repaired.

I have reconnected the MPEM and when I put the lanyard on, the instrument gauge works and the starter fires and the engine turns over but does not start.

Does the lanyard need to be reprogrammed?

Landyard wont need programmed, or else you would hear 1 or multiple beeps, BUT, try dump'n some gas in cylinders/arrestors, see if that works, or take plugs out and with hooked to wires, (1 atta time), hit start/stop button, see if any spark...

Are you getting 2 beeps when you connect the Dess lanyard?
