You're only supposed to tip it over onto the right side. When you tipped it over onto the left side, all of the water in your exhaust system poured into your engine. You'll have to pull the plugs out and get the water out.

:agree: with Chester, sounds like a possible hydrolock! Pull the spark plugs ground the spark plug wires to the grounding post turn off your fuel or pinch off the fuel line, and with all the above done try starting the ski, you should see water shoot out of the head, repeat untill no more water comes out. I think you will have to do like a boil-out if water got in the lower end.

I got the water out and got it running on the trailor, and let it idle for about 30 minutes. Bt when I put it in the water it would only run above idle and I had a lot of white smoke coming from the exhaust. What now?
