I have a 1995 SPX that i took out for the first run of the season yesterday and it sucked up a small piece of driftwood in the impeller :facepalm: it stalled the engine and long story short we towed it back to the ramp. I pulled the jet pump this morning to inspect the damage and noticed the wear ring was chewed up. Now I am planning on replacing the wear ring, neoprene pump seal, and installing an anti-rattle nose cone while I am in there. I looked at the impeller and noticed that the splines seem to have a little wear on them (starting to get pointy) and there is no rubber seal where the shaft goes. I have an impeller from a '96 SPX that is in very good shape and has the rubber seal. Would the '96 impeller fit the '95 pump?
