What needs to be done to winterized mym2008 230 challenger se super charged?

Start it up on the trailer and rev it till no more water comes out of the exhaust. Done! Simple

I dont have to put antifreeze in it?

The motor already has some in there. You just need the water out of the exhaust and intercooler. You don't even need it all out, just room for water to expand.
