I have a 98 seadoo speedster and one of the exhaust valves are leaking water out of the small hole on the bottom of the valve. Why is this happening and not on the other valve? I tool the valve part and it looks very clean inside.

More than likely the diaphram inside has a hole in it caused by the clamp rubbing against it.
Take it apart and examine the rubber diaphram
The other one is probably not far behind. I would examine both and replace as necessary.
Don’t loose the spring and don’t adjust the red cap as it is set from the factory.

So I looked at the rubber and see no issues I even filled the unit with water and see no leaks

I replace t he rubber diaphragm and still have leaking coming from he hole. What else can it be?

When you put the valve back together, did it snap in? If not, it's worn out. The diaphragm assembly it's what needs to click in.

That is what I was thinking. I notice the diaphragm assembly slides out very easy from the base including the washer. Can I superglue the washer in and then assemble the unit and this will keep the assembly from pulling out easily?

Had a 96xp that did the same thing. As above it was the valve leaking by because of a loose fit.

So I had an old lower half of a valve laying around so I tried changing it out. Much tighter fit and now the leak is gone. Thanks for everyone's help
