White smoke when removing spark plugs

hello,

I took the boats out on the water yesterday, and after coming back was doing the regular maintenance. In one of my engines, i noticed as soon as i removed one of the spark plugs white smoke came out and kept trickling out for about 30 sec. Any ideas on why this happened?

If the engine were still warmish it was probably just left over exhaust/gas vapor. I've had it trickle out my exhaust of my Speedster even after I shut the engine off for a few minutes. I wouldn't worry about it.
