Which seadoo oil should I run?

I’m in the process of converting back to oil injection and want to run the best oil. I do not know what oil the previous owner ran in it.

E-tech is the DI outboard engines... and it's going to be a TC-w3 oil . The CARB oil is mineral. Since you have the 720 engines... that should be fine. Just check the label that it's an API-tc/JASO-F oil.

The E-Tec 2T is just the new bottle for the XPS full synthetic. It is the same API-TC Full synthetic it has always been in new packaging.

Seadoo is just messing with packaging again to confuse everybody but if you look at the cap color it is still the same.

White cap is just like the white bottle 2-stroke mineral oil.
Yellow cap is the same as the yellow bottle full synthetic XPS 2-stroke oil.
Red cap is the 4-stroke engine oil.
Description
Specifically engineered to meet the unique needs of Rotax engines, it provides maximum protection against engine wear in E-TEC engines.
Features
  • Uses a highly-evolved additive package to keep engine parts lubricated, clean and free of wear.
  • This low smoke, low odor formula also allows for maximum engine performance.
  • Can be used in direct, semi-direct fuel injection system and high performance carbureted 2-stroke engines.

This was kind of what I was wondering...can I run the synthetic instead of the mineral? Or rather, should I?

I just really want to run one of the best possible oils in this thing.

Thanks,

Donnie

You can always run the synthetic and it is better oil but it really isn't necessary in the 720 engines.
