Where to get an extra DESS key

I just picked up my new to me 06 Utopia 205. I'd like to have a spare "key". The guy on this site that advertises for that can't do 4 stroke engines.

Recommendations?

Your local mechanic can't program keys?

There is no local mechanic. Not within a 30-50 mi radius anyway. So I was looking online. I did find a company that if I send both ECU's I can get one key for $94 plus cost of me shipping the units to him.
