You could try E-bay...I got good results on a fuel guage for like $60.00. Search by part number. 295 500 496

Also we have www.seadoowarehouse.com that is the official seadoo forum parts distributor.

Glad it is running good! You could always cut the plug end off and solder the new guage wires to the plug end and shrink wrap the connections to keep it dry, and looking like factory.

I guess I should open up the case to see what the connection is. I forgot what size socket are the little bolts there.

Not sure if that year/model has the float in it. But mine didn't work either. Bought a replacemnt float off ebay for $15. Works like a champ now!! Took me 15mins to fix!

definitely gauge. I oped up the case 5.5mm and the plastic has cracked and let moister in. Now I'm getting somewhere. I'm trying to see which ones in Ebay have the same color wires so I can find a match

Chris the extra wire usually is for a dash light that some Jet boats have on the bow and the stern and of course dash light. The guage must have a Purple+, Black- ( pink/Black and pink Fuel Guage) (Blue/ Black and blue, Oil sender) or a total of 6 wires at least.
