Where is 7.5 amp fuse for vts on 99 gsx rfi

Hello people, I’ve looked through every section of the manual that I think could possibly tell me the location of this fuse with no luck. Would someone be able to tell me where to find the 7.5amp fuse for the VTS on the 99 GSX RFI,

If you look in the 99 shop manual at the schematic for a GSX RFI it clearly shows the 7.5A VTS fuse located on the MPEM fuse block.
