Where in the world is the fuse box 97 XP

For the life of me I cannot find the fuse box on my 97 xp. I was able to locate the 15 amp fuse in the engine bay on the left in the front where the spark plug wires lead into.

The ski started fine after putting in a charged battery about a month ago. Since we moved to a new place. I put the boat in the water and tried to start it and nothing. My other ski (stand up) was charged at the same time and started right up.

There were no beeps like normally. I since had the battery tested and it's fine. I also tried the battery from the other ski and no luck.

I to put the key in and unplug it then hit the start button 5 times and no needles moved on the dash.

I'm at a loss. I'm hoping it's just a fuse, but I can't find them. I looked under the glove compartment, in the engine bay and in the rear battery compartment to no avail.

Please Help!

if it is the same as a 99 xp there is the fuse in the electrical box that you have found and also at the mpem on the left side in the engine compartment. mine has three plugs going into it, one on top of the other then one beside those two with the fuses under that plug.

I beleive it is all the way forward in the nose (center).

the MPEM is located in the very front of that ski the fuses are under a fuse cap on the MPEM. Im betting your 5 amp fuse is blown, if it is... do not put a larger fuse in there, just replace the 5 amp fuse and if it blows immediately let me know, I can repair it.
