Where are the engine bolt shims? Possible alignment problem?

I have a 95 GTX that had the four manifold bolts loosening or snapping off. Replaced them with Locktite and lock washers and I tightened the two pipe bolts (underneath) that have the rubber grommets (added new rubber) but still concerned my engine mounting bolts may be loose. I torqued each bolt to spec but if I grab the engine and tug hard it still moves. The bolt that is left front seems to move almost a 16th of an inch. Is it possible that I am missing a shim? Is there an easy way to check the shims? I am concerned that if I run the machine and its out of alignment I will have worse problems. Thanks!!

The shims CAN be in two different places, under the bolt that secures the engine to the mounting plate, or directly under the mounting brackets.

Blow some air under the engine mounting plate (EMP), or get a magnet with a long handle and slide it under the EMP, or slide a rag under the EMP to find any shims.

They are about 2 to 3 inches long by 2" wide and very thin.
