Just as the title states.
I put the boat in reverse and moved the throttle to check movement.
The throttle handle would only move from closed to 1/2 way or equal with the Neutral position.

Is this normal?

Ok just wanted to make sure as i just put it back together after powder coating supercharger, rebuilding supercharger, and replacing intake and exhaust valves.

ah well learn something new everyday!!!
i have never tried it full in reverse before...i suppose seadoo have their reasons to limit it in reverse?

You can remove the clip that limits it if you take apart the throttle linkage. I did it to hopefully get moving faster in reverse when trying to remove weeds stuck in the pump. What i found though is pretty much any throttle beyond where the reverse limiter would have stopped it just creates cavitation and is no help.
