When did Seadoo begin the following options?

I'm looking ahead to purchasing a newer used seadoo than the 97 SPX I currently have. What years should I begin looking for to get the following:

1. Fuel injection (no carbs)
2. Four stroke
3. Internal cooling (doesn't plumb outside water)

It seems like these options would take some of the maintenance out of owning a seadoo, any other thoughts or recommendations on what to look for or avoid?
