what's that cable? 2001 SeaDoo Speedster

Hi All, Excuse my ignorance but I've a question about a 2001 SeaDoo Speedster, Mercury M2 Engine.
What's that cable in the pictures? I thought it's the choke cable but can't see any handles for choke on the boat at all!!

Unless your model is carburated and not fuel injection, it would not have a choke. I would have to look at ours to see the exact set up it has.

Thank you... I think mine is the EFI, but not sure what's that cable!
