What to use to ease pressing new control arm bushing?

Good day, I’m replacing the front lower control arm bushing on my sons car today, I have the old bushing out but never thought ahead as to what I could use as a lubricant to ease the new bushing into the arm. The bushing has a steel outer race I will call it so it’s steel on steel into the arm. I’ve read to use a petroleum based petroleum, I’ve read dish soap? Whatever I use it has to dry and disappear as the bushing is not to move inside the arm. I’ve also read dry but would prefer something to ease in pressing it. Bushing is in the freezer right now. Any suggestions? Thank you
