Looking at purchasing the boat noted in the title and wondering if anyone has what the suggested cylinder compression number should be for the motors. Anything else I should be aware of or look for or be aware of? Have knowledge of the superchargers needing to be rebuilt at 100 hours. Any electrical problems that should be addressed? Just looking for insight as to anyone who has one of these as to what they would do from the get go as well as a pre purchase heads up.

Thanks--Mike

135psi, make sure charging system is functioning (14volts running), water test if possible.

If you not boat savy, take a friend who is or hire a survey/boat mechanic to go over

Buying used has risks, but the more homework you do upfront the higher the rewards

There should also be no more than a 10% difference between the highest and lowest cylinders. Readings will differ between a cold and warmed up motor as well.

These guys suggestions are right on. All I have to add is make sure all electrics work, lights, horn and gauges etc. Definitely water test ride the Seadoo at least 30 minutes. That is the only way to check pumps and supercharger. Wide open the rpm's should be between 77/8000.

ask for a full print out report on the boat from a seadoo dealer. dont rely on verbal report.
