Saw this up for free on marketplace. What is this? Some sort of center console seadoo ski?

Seadoo Explorer, missing the tubes around the outside though. Apparently I hear that they will still float without the tubes but I don’t think I would want to try

Ohhh now I see why I didn’t recognize it. I’ve seen them with the tubes before but this looked just like a boat with a ski console.
