What is the part in the following diagram that is a little to the right of #29?
Its above and to the right, looks almost like a elbow pipe.

Looks like the though hull fitting for the exhaust.

Where does the water some in? The water to cool the exhaust....

Basically I want to know if it is screened... and if it isn't .. then why not?
