I posted the same thing a way while back with no answer. Mine isn't connected to anything as well. My porta potty light is out but looks like the wires for that runs to the engine compartment.

Phew.... Glad to know I am not the only one "in the dark".
The potty light does go somewhere else. I thought of that too (and mine works). Anywhere that this cable can possibly reach does not have a corresponding place where it would fit. Confusing!!!!!

I may be wrong but it's possible it plugged into something that was on the older models or possibly something for the 2008 models and above. Also may be part of the harness for some 3rd party device but not used on the boat. I still would like to know what it's for though. I didn't get any voltage readings on it when testing with things on (not with boat running). Older islandia's I think had a battery warning beep so I was thinking maybe this plugged in to that? But of course I'm guessing.

2007 does not have the ICS. So that may be what that cable is for.

so it is just the boat's appendix?

Assuming that is what it was for. I’ve read about seadoo dropping the ics because it never really worked right.

Might be a neutral safety switch.

Right. The boat works quite well. I think this is something else (and still cannot figure out what it is)
