What did you expect for a $200 Seadoo

So for 200 bucks i got a jetski and trailer, but its got issues.
First I'd love to know the model definitively, it says GTI on the sticker on the side but only has a fuel gauge. no tach or speedo, that hole is blanked off. The last 4 of the Hull # says it an 2004

Its got a single carb and a rebuild SBT 717 motor i assume from the sticker

Now for the bad, its been sunk. I spent the weekend cleaning it up and out and got all the electronics working *by that i mean cranking with spark, draining the oil and gas tanks.. but the cylinders are full of what looks like vanilla coffee creamer, so a water and oil mix, It cranks with no plugs and sprays this junk out but wont crank with the plugs in, I am guessing either the starter motor is toast and or the crankcase is full of water. my suspension is its the crank case. What else should i do and how can i get the water out of the crankcase? do i have to pull the motor?

Any advice is more than welcome,
Thanks
Dave

Last two digits are the year, not four but it is still a 04' (2004).
It is a standard 2004 GTI, not GTI LE and not GTI RFI.
It is full of oil and water which is really bad for bearings. Pour some premix down the carb and be sure to ground the plug wires so it doesn't explode. Keep cranking until all the junk is out, putting a rag over the plug holes will help build pressure and get it out of the lower crankcase.

Great, thanks for the info on the model, that gets me started. it just occurred to me that the junk should be flowing into the exhaust, would pulling the exhaust off help with the cleaning it out? I'm getting a lot of it out the sparkplug holes right now.
Thanks
Dave

It really doesn't come out of the exhaust until you actually get it to fire and run.
Once that happens don't be parked on your clean driveway.
