What are the max RPMS for the 800 and 947/951 engines?

I have a 97 XP 800 and a 99 951 XPL. Both had engine work done like lightened flywheels, reworked heads and carbs but not changes to the stock ignition systems. What are the max RPMS on these engines since I assume there is a rev limiter built into both ignitions. I think my 99 XPL used to top out at just over 72xx if I recall but no longer remember what my 800 should be hitting.

You should be right around 7,000 with your mods and a stock pipe. The rev limiter should not be an issue. Higher than that you would need a different pipe and aftermarket rev limiter.
At 7,000 rpm sustained wide open throttle you should be running 50/50 mix of pump and race or AV gas. Over that you need full race gas.
Also note that at higher rpm's your crankshaft will have a much shorter lifespan especially with a lightened flywheel.

The 951 is limited to 7,140 stock but shouldn't go higher with a stock pipe.

I'm was concerned with what the 800 should hit since it only had top end and carb work done and usually others ride that ski. I haven't checked the max rpms on it for a long time. I'll shot for at 7000 with 93 octane and stock oil pump. Never used premix and never had a pump failure yet on my skis but verify they are working and set correctly each season start. Used Redline oil for their lfe but that oil produces a ton of smoke unfortunately.

I'll see what the 951 hits now but I know it was at least 7140 and has been hitting that or higher since 2004 with the same engine. It only runs 93 but still uses the stock oil pump and no premix.
