well i bought a 95 gtx 3 seater

did the compression check 145 both and ran it for 30 mins on the water ran good wear ring looked worn but still there.1,450 what motor is in a gtx 717? and looking to buy a yamaha 750 3 seater 95 with a new block in it it read compression 150 front then 146 so for 1,700 it ran good but have not bought it yet ,so what do you think?

With a trailer not bad this time a year. Try to knock off a couple hundred.
Engine is worth more than ski. Trailer is next....
Cosmetic issues next. Faded seats/handlebars or cracked gel cote....

o ok the motor is 657 ,thanks now ill know, the ski was garaged and is not faded most are . gel cote was pretty clean a few marks on the hood . but rub rail was all clean. the trailer was a hustler but ,that yamaha has the same trailer so going to give them to a guy for a double hustler trailer and 150 cash so ill have a double.total about 3,150 in all so i hope they will last a while. i think they run about 45 give or take

on this 95 gtx how hard is it to put a new wear ring in it? just undo the back jet? im sure its been talk about a lot some were i guess i should go look uh?
