You don’t need a Seadoo guy to weld those, take it to a welder who welds everyday and have him Tig weld it

Well hopefully you get one, but if you don’t I would just google up welders in your area, give them a call and explain what you want welded. A half way decent welder won’t have any problem welding that up for you. They will most likely have some aluminum on hand but you could order the plugs from OSD marine just in case.
