what is the actual weight limit on a 2009 seadoo speedster 150 it says 715 but that dosent realy give it enough weight for 4 adults dose it so what weight can it realy hold

The 2007 is the same limit I believe. I had about 680 pounds in there with pretty rough chop, and the boat handled fine, but waves would come over the bow unless we kept moving at a decent pace. I think structurally it could handle over the limit, but I don't think the boat would handle as well, and just make sure your passengers can swim if it takes on too much water!

I think that boat was designed for 2 men and 2 women/kids. With that in mind, 715lbs is fair. If you're trying to put 4 large guys in it, then you're going to be over the limit and cramp.
