Waterlogged Seats

Hey everyone - so my first week with the boat I removed the seats to clean around them and stupidly got the seat foam all wet. Barring the removal of the cover, and thoughts on getting them dry?

Had them in the Florida sun for days but still plenty wet.

I did read someone suggested putting down towels, then the seat, then plywood over the seat and roll your car over it to squeeze them out. Another post suggested drilling a hole into the cushion, putting in a PVC pipe with small holes, then putting the seat with the pipe into a plastic bag and suctioning water out.

Any ideas? Thanks!

This is odd. These are boat seats. Like everything else on a boat, they should dry easily. Have you tried storing one in an air conditioned room? It can be humid outside in FL, but much dryer in the A/C. The plywood squishing technique might give you some results, but I have never tried it.
