water problems with 95 gtx

hi everyone, i am new to this forum and hopefully someone can help me.
I have a 1995 gtx and continue to have problems with the exhaust loosening up and blowing water into the hull - i have replaced the gasket numerous times and it still keeps loosening up. I looked at the other threads and didn't see anything addressing this perticular problem.

I appreciate any help you guys can offer
