on my GTX '96 787 engine, now that all fuel system has been rebuilt or replaced, when engine fired on the bench stand with water hose hooked up, water began pouring from one of the 4 weld spots...the underneath one of course..can the spot be repaired or am i looking at a $600+ new head pipe assembly?

Adam is the spot where it looks lika smoothe round plug type of plug? If so, you have 2 choices. 1) Scuff the surface ansd use a 2 part epoxy on it.(this won't last for ever) 2) remove the pipe and have it spot welded to repair the small hole. No need to have the pipe replaced.
