Water in Intercooler - Challenger 230

I have a question. End of season I flushed the engines and then had put compressed air through the flush out port into the engines while running to get the remaining water out of the exhaust/intercoolers. I have started working on the boat, getting it ready for the season, when I noticed water in the supercharger air in/out of the intercoolers. I took the intercoolers out of the boat and blocked off the water intake, filled the intercooler with water, and applied pressure to the vent port to see if I could see any air bubbles. No bubbles. I am in Texas and our temps have been swinging from 80 to 20s all winter long. Is it possible this is condensation build up?
Any advice would be appreciated.

You will condensation in the intercooler, especially on days where the air is humid and the water temp is cooler than the air.

Think of how much water you get from an air-conditioner in simular circumstances, which can be a fair amount.

Under boost and normal operation this will just get consumed but if you troll alot it can build up.

I check my IC for pressure before each season.

When I bought my speedster it was leaking and I determined that it was actually from water freezing on the air side from condensation. Now I blow out the air side with compressed air as well when winterizing.

Thanks for the information and confirmation. I can't find any leaks, so it has to be from condensation.
Appreciate your response.
