I have a 96 XP800 every time I ride I get 3-4 inches of water in the hull after 20 minutes. I did a cylinder exchange replaced the gaskets, replaced regulator valve and the hoses. doesn't seem to leak when flush kit is on and testing in drive way. Any one have any suggestions?

The small circular welds on the exhaust pipe's water jacket could be corroded and letting water push in from the cooling system.

Most likely is the carbon ring at the drive shaft boot as it exits the hull. If you pull back slightly on the boot in the water and it gushes in, then either the ring is broken or simply worn out. (not to be confused with a wear ring that the impeller runs inside of)

Thanks for your help. I was following the water lines and notice the one that goes under the engine from the exhaust (where it exits the boat)and felt water. I dried it all and re-hooked the flush kit up and ran the motor for 5 minutes. I had no leaks from any of the hoses, un hooked hose shut motor off and felt back under the motor sure enough lots of water. Can't tell where hose goes it feels hooked up, could there be a crack in the block? Sea-doo runs really strong when it's in the water, would it run this good if I had a crack in the bottom of the block? Any help is welcomed cause I'm stumped

Water regulator.......

That small water line comes from your tuned exhaust pipe, runs under the engine and attaches to the water regulator in the back of the hull, at the resonator........or from the turned pipe to the back exhaust, depending on which model you have.
