Water in engine

Bought a very used rebuilt 2001 RX. Ran great first time. Second time out it ran for about 30 minutes. We stopped swam for awhile and when I got back on it was sluggish. Had lot of water in compartment. Brought back to the dock and went out and had fun on the jet ski also own. When I went to put on the trailer it had much more water in compartment and wouldn’t start. Took it out, pulled plugs and tried to start it to get water out of engine. What next?

Your already off to a bad start. Get yourself a service manual and follow the directions in the water flooded engine subsection.
