Washed out plug

Looking at my buddy's 95 speedster. Right side engine is acting up. When we pulled the plugs, one was normally burnt looking and back plug was white. I put slightly used plugs in it to test (wasn't wasting fresh plugs) and it's cleaner now than before. Any help would be great!

After riding for 10 minutes, right side engine dies. Falls on its face and plugs are BONE DRY. Seems like it is vapor locked. Starts after a minute or two. Any help would be great.

Any background data? When we the fuel system serviced last? Have you confirmed spark?

He just drained the fuel and filled with fresh gas and seafoam. There is spark.

Well, you better pull the carbs and go thru them. Carbs not delivering fuel will smoke that engine
